Email MeBefore I relocated from south-central Pennsylvania, I served for 20 years as the CFO of my family’s business by day. By night (or evening, really, since it is difficult to do repairs in the dark), I maintained the several apartment buildings I owned. I really enjoyed working at the apartments and that is what sparked my initial interest in the real estate world. I learned a lot as a landlord, and it did not take me long to realize that I wanted to share my knowledge and help others who were looking for property. I strive to be the REALTOR that, as a client, I always wanted to work with - someone who is honest, full of integrity, dependable, and knowledgeable.
The real estate world industry is changing every day. It is vital that you work with someone who understands the market and studies current trends. I have great confidence when I say that I go the extra mile for my clients to help them achieve their goals. I have known the Wilmington area for over 30 years and consider it the best place to live on the East Coast. When I am not in the office, you can find me relaxing while kayak fishing in the saltwater marshes around the Intracoastal Waterway or spending time on our beautiful beaches. On Sundays, it is my pleasure to serve at Port City Community Church.
